Senior Process Engineer
An experienced Senior Process Engineer is sought to join Opus, working with the process team and reporting to the Projects Manager, you will be involved in all process activities within the company and ensure the successful management of Process Design Studies and Separation System upgrade projects, from initial tender review through to implementation.
You will have key decision making skills and an ability to effectively communicate process information to relevant parties. Expected to meet demanding schedule requirements whilst maintaining the highest quality standards, you will be versatile and motivated. This role offers the challenge and excitement of working in a small, interactive team, in a role that demands both practical and technical competency. This role is based in the Compton office, near Guildford, but will involve regular liaison with the Orkney office between sites and inter-office visits.

5+ years relevant industry experience

Applications Engineer
An experienced Applications Engineer is sought to join the team at our Guildford office. Reporting to the Projects Manager, you will be required to manage proposals from receipt of enquiry through to order acquisition, meeting demanding schedule requirements and maintaining the highest quality standards. This role involves the preparation of detailed proposals for the complete range of Opus equipment and may at times require providing support to the project team. A level of technical engineering competence and exceptional communications skills is essential.

Process Chemist
You will be required to provide process chemistry support for ongoing project work, both onshore and offshore, for a diverse range of clients within the oil and gas, process and water treatment industries. The work will include site services, laboratory, consultancy and project management and the ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background, previous laboratory experience, both onshore and offshore.
You will hold a minimum of a science degree plus extensive post graduate experience in fluid analysis and process chemistry. You will have excellent communication skills at all levels, display effective presentation skills and hold proven technical project management capabilities. International experience would be an advantage as international travel will be a requirement of this position.
